Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Sadhya life empower trust (SLET) activities on secure online payment gateway as under:

1. You will provide authentic, correct, and true information while completing the process for online donation. SLET reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), SLET has the right in its sole discretion to reject the donation.

2. If donor feels that, he/she made an error in donation amount/purpose or any other parameter, kindly let SLET know about such error within 3 working days by email to info@sadhyalife.org, we shall rectify any such parameter requested by you whenever possible.

3. You will receive a confirmation on successful / failed transaction.

4. Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.
